Various material are used in phosphoric acid unit equipments. One of the most common materials in this unit is Carbon Steel Metal with rubber linear which providing the rubber has been always difficult. A project titled consideration of rubber replacement with suitable coats is defined and performed by Iran technology and scientific researches organization. A pilot has designed and made for rubber replacement samples test which is able to test internal coats in corrosion environment conditions and under different temperatures statically and dynamically.
