1-Library general study. 2-Designing an amin filter in semi lean stream. 3-Designing a strainer in Rich amin stream. 4-To trail the filter purchasing by local and foreign companies. 5-Preparing the drawings for construction and installation of filter and strainer. 6-Considering the Reclaimer drawings of urea unit no. 1 in order to use DEA instead of MEA suggesting practical solution for using it in gas treatment units. 7-Total consideration for amin filtration system of gas treatment units to diagnostic the problems and suggesting practical solution for remedying them. 8-Preparing the final report.

Amin de ethanol in new gas treatment unit becomes dirty by circulating and it needs filtration.This is caused by amin demolition by sour gas grosses, converting into heating stable salt by reacting with CO2 or corrosion in different parts of unit. A project contract is concluded in order to strength amin filtration system, designing a filter in the semi lean stream, designing strainer in the rich amin stream, preparing the drawings for construction and installation and also considering the Reclaimer drawings of urea unit no. 1 to use them in gas treatment units for DEA.
