 Since, the primary reformer furnace tubs are exposed on high temperature and high pressure so, high resistance of tubs against the creep, corrosion and thermal fatigue phenomena is an important factor that is effective in the production continuity, and since the approximate lifetime of used tubs in this condition is estimated about one hundred and thousand hours and unfortunately, this used tubs are involved premature failure and they have failure in a time less than 1/10 of their useful life. So this project is designed and performed for investigating the premature failure reasons and improving the condition for optimizing the systems in order to use the tubs in estimated useful life
